1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the ec99 website accessible at ec99.bio and to all associated services, features, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and communications made available by the Platform (collectively, "the Services"). These Terms govern your rights as a registered player and set out the obligations that both you and ec99 have toward one another.

ec99 is operated as an online gaming and sports betting service directed exclusively at the Bangladesh market. The Platform operates in English as its primary content and support language. All financial transactions on ec99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

By accessing or using any part of the ec99 Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity) and are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person;
• All information you provide to ec99 during registration and at any subsequent point is true, complete, and accurate;
• You have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in their entirety.

ec99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except that material changes affecting player rights will be communicated by email to the address registered on your account at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall be the governing version.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

To verify that you meet the minimum age requirement, ec99 may request identity documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission;
• A valid passport;
• A valid driving licence;
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address (issued within the last three months).

Until age verification is completed, ec99 reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including placing limits on withdrawals. Where age verification reveals that the account holder is under 18, the account will be closed immediately and any deposits made during the period of underage use will be returned to the depositing payment method, less any winnings generated, which will be forfeited.

Geographic Eligibility

The ec99 Services are directed at players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. ec99 makes no representation that the Services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh, and the Platform expressly excludes all liability for use of the Services in prohibited jurisdictions.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ec99 Services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID);
• A valid email address that you own and control;
• A mobile number registered in Bangladesh;
• Your date of birth;
• A secure password of your own choosing.

Single Account Rule

Each individual may register and operate only one ec99 account. Opening a second account — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or a different device — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ec99 uses a combination of device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and identity verification to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed and any balances held in those accounts will be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ec99 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. ec99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ec99 support immediately at [email protected].

ec99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA adds a second layer of security by requiring a one-time code — sent to your registered mobile number — in addition to your password at every login.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit on ec99 is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and will be displayed on the ec99 cashier page at the time of the transaction. ec99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your ec99 balance instantly in the large majority of cases. Where a deposit is delayed, this is typically caused by a delay on the mobile network operator's side; ec99 is not responsible for such delays. If a deposit has not appeared in your balance within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the ec99 payments team before processing. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 1 to 3 business days. ec99 does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own transaction charges for which ec99 is not responsible.

KYC Verification Requirement

Before processing your first withdrawal, ec99 is required to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, proof of your registered payment method. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 30 days of the request will result in the temporary suspension of your withdrawal capability until the documentation is received.

Anti-Money Laundering

ec99 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. Winnings must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. ec99 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account where transaction patterns give rise to a concern and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of such a review.

5 Bonus & Promotions

ec99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to the individual offer in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail in respect of that offer only.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully registered and verified ec99 account.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and registered payment method, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome and deposit bonuses is stated on each individual promotion page. Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified on the promotion.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, any remaining bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
• Minimum odds and eligible game restrictions apply to bonus wagering. Free spins winnings are subject to a wagering requirement of the value stated on the free spin promotion.
• ec99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect a bonus that is already in active use on a player's account.

Bonus Abuse

ec99 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Behaviours that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: wagering only on high-RTP games specifically to clear wagering requirements, using arbitrage or hedging strategies that eliminate risk while meeting wagering requirements, and coordinating bonus claims with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, ec99 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reclaim any bonus-derived winnings, and in serious cases, close the account.

6 User Obligations

By using the ec99 platform, you agree that you will at all times:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at any time when ec99 requests updated information from you;
• Keep your contact details (email address and mobile number) up to date on your ec99 account profile;
• Use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• Not attempt to access the Platform using automated tools, scripts, bots, crawlers, or any non-human agent;
• Not attempt to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform through any technical exploit, software vulnerability, or collusion with other players;
• Not use the Platform in connection with any fraudulent, deceptive, or money-laundering activity;
• Not create or operate more than one account on ec99;
• Accept full responsibility for all bets and wagers placed from your account, including those placed as a result of your own error;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh in connection with your use of the Platform.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ec99 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Match-fixing or any arrangement intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event;
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims made in bad faith;
• Use of stolen payment instruments, including mobile wallet accounts belonging to third parties;
• Impersonating any other person, whether a real individual or a fictitious identity, in connection with an ec99 account;
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the ec99 Platform.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure at Your Request

You may request the closure of your ec99 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Where a responsible gaming self-exclusion is the reason for closure, the account will be closed with immediate effect and any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method.

Closure by ec99

ec99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age;
• The account holder has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage;
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is identified on the account;
• The account is involved in bonus abuse, collusion, or match-fixing;
• A duplicate account is identified and confirmed;
• ec99 is required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.

Where ec99 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balances held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at ec99's discretion. ec99 will notify the affected player by email within a reasonable time of the closure, except where doing so would compromise a fraud investigation or is prohibited by law.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or financial transaction for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ec99 will contact you by email before applying any dormancy fee. After a further 90-day notice period without a response, a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account will be closed. Dormant accounts can be reactivated at any time by logging in and completing identity verification.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ec99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server outages, or third-party network failures;
• Errors or delays in the settlement of bets arising from data feed failures from third-party sports data providers;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the Platform which is subsequently found to be inaccurate;
• Changes to laws or regulations affecting the legality of gambling in any jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by ec99's negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. ec99's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of online commerce law as applicable to services offered to players in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through ec99's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration, conducted in English. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ec99 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
